Melon baller or strong metal spoon
Oven set to about 200 deg C

Salt and Pepper

Fresh rosemary
Instructions
Cut the top off the pumpkin
Using a melon baller, scrape the seeds and stringy bits out of the main body of the pumpkin
Brush the inside with olive oil and season with S&P and pop in the sprig of rosemary
Place the main pumpkin on a baking tray with the lid to the side and bake for about 40 mins to an hour until the inside is soft.
