Sauce Pan with lid
Sieve
Glass jar/bottle
- 2 tbspn Distilled Water
- 1 cup Organic Rose Petals (2 large roses)
- 1 tspn Vodka (preservative)
Add rose petals, water and vodka to a pan
Bring to the boil and reduce heat
Cover the pan and simmer for about 40 minutes
When the petals are pale, turn off the heat, cool and strain into a suitable container
