Lay 3 sheets of pastry on top of each other and cut into 3 triangles
Lay 2-3 prawns and a sprinkle of chopped chives on each triangle in a line and wrap the pastry around them folding and twisting to seal the prawns and chives within
Brush each twister with a beaten egg
Heat oil in a shallow frying pan
Place 3 - 4 of your twisters in the pan and cook until golden turning over to cook both sides
